I am hoping you can assist me...i am a female parent of a young ten box i gamer. His mic and conversation mixer take problems. I bought a new headset today and watched you tube video with told me to delete his contour. I cant get his previous contour and all his fortnite achievements dorsum....whatsoever advice would exist grateful for!

This ways your account is a child business relationship and yous will demand a parent or guardian to make the changes for you in a family account. Once they made the family account then they have to do this
Go to account.xbox.com website. Log in under your account.
Go to "privacy & online prophylactic" page.
on the folio you should see your profile and your child(s).
click on the child profile pic, it should be green now.
click the "Xbox One Online Condom" tab.
Let everything but "buy and download".
Click save at the lesser!
click the "Xbox 360 Online Safety" tab.
allow the offset two "Take Friend Requests" and "Online Gameplay".
